الطلبه الذين ليس لديهم جنسية
الطلبة الذين سوف يحصلون على شهادة البكالوريوس ف 2018
أيضا يمكنهم التقديم
مواعيد التقديم :
التقديم متاح من 1 – 30 ديسمبر 2017
ومن سيتم اختياره للمنحة عليه التسجيل رسميا من 25 يناير
إلى 5 فبراير
لغة الدراسة :
يمكن الدراسة باللغه الروسية أو الانجليزية حسب التخصص
والجامعة المتاحة
